Big Brother Naija housemate, Sultana has hinted at possible internal bleeding from her altercation with Faith.

NEWS9JA recalls that Sultana fell and twisted her ankle during a heated altercation with Faith on Thursday morning.

She also injured her hand in the process.

Consequently, Faith was disqualified from the reality show on Thursday evening for the violent conduct.
