BREAKING: Dangote Refinery reverses fuel price hike

The Dangote Refinery has reversed its earlier N75 increase in the ex-depot price of petrol.

The refinery decided to maintain the price at N1,275 per liter instead of N1,350 as earlier announced on Wednesday.

NEWS9JA recalls that refinery earlier on Wednesday increased the price of its Premium Motor Spirit – the third upward adjustment within a week.

Recent hike in the price of petrol has been linked to the ongoing conflict in the Middle East, between the United States-Israel and Iran.
